Ryan Freeburn

Ryan graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy after obtaining his Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from York University. Ryan is currently working towards a Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and also has training in acupuncture.

Ryan practiced Physiotherapy in an out-patient physiotherapy setting for two years in North Bay, before coming back to Lakefield to open up FreeFlo Physiotherapy. Ryan has experience working with both the weekend warrior and elite athletes alike. He uses a variety of techniques including joint mobilization/manipulation, core stabilization and exercise programs, neural tissue mobilization, postural taping, and acupuncture to help his clients reach their full potential.

Ryan grew up in Warsaw and now resides in Woodview with his wife, two daughters and son. While growing up in the area, Ryan was involved in local hockey leagues and Peterborough baseball leagues. He also enjoys fishing and golfing in his spare time.

He has volunteered with the Toronto marathon, Glen Candari Guinness World Record attempt and OFSAA Nordic skiing in North Bay.
